Charlie Tavormina, CEO, Tavent, Group
Founded Tavent in 2005 with the foundation of Parking Management and more specifically Valet Parking for Luxury Hotels. In the past two years, the company has expanded beyond valet parking to include front door services, transportation and concierge assistance. Mr. Tavormina has over 10 years of national experience in servicing hotels, banquet facilities, residential condominiums, medical facilities and private affairs. Mr. Tavormina has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Rutgers University. He currently employs over 75 employees on the eastern coast of the United States.

Tracie Prouty, VP Sales, Tavent Group
Tracie joined the company in 2009 with over 10 years sales experience. She has earned numerous sales awards by focusing not just on the product but on the customer experience. Her drive and integrity make her an asset to the Tavent Group. Tracie is excited about the opportunity to bring her proven sales record and knowledge to Tavent.
Elson DaSilva, EVR Business Development, Tavent Group
Elson DaSilva has over 10 years of experience in Hospitality, Parking Management, Front Door Services and Transportation. His operational experience and procedural understanding permits Tavent Group to implement hospitality services seamlessly during transition from one property’s current vendor to Tavent. In addition, Mr. DaSilva is implementing training and development standards of customer service throughout the region. Prior to Tavent Hospitality, Mr. DaSilva served as VP of Operations for a leading parking industry provider in the northeastern US. During this period, He oversaw company operation and key projects which involved 150 employees over 50 properties.
Elson’s mission is to provide quick and efficient service by well trained personnel graded ultimately by the guests’ experience.
Emily Hills Lehr, Vice President of Client Services, Tavent Hospitality, LLC
Emily joins the team with over 6 years of full service hospitality experience. She has played a vital role in opening and acquiring luxury hotels in the Northeast region and is committed to offering the highest level of service to guests. Emily spent the majority of her hotel career in the sales arena where she developed a large list of Fortune 500 clients. Through her significant achievements in sales in 2006, she was awarded the title of Sales Manager of the Year for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts.
